As
an introduction to their first computer art project, students learned
about photographer Ansel Adams, chose an image of his, and recreated it
through pencil drawing. They then went into the computer lab, used
search engines to find their image and download it into Photoshop,
finally using basic tools to colorize that same image. Here, the
students traditional and computer projects are displayed side by side.
